Phone and email support:
Customer questions are quickly resolved by either phone or email.

Our support team are available from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please be aware that training will not be provided by phone support staff.
Server and remote support:
The network server is the information hub of any business and needs special attention. Ajendico offers the ?Proactive Plan?.
Where most of our competitors provide a reactive service, Ajendico offers a proactive support model. With a focus on early warning systems and regular maintenance, our Proactive Plan will increase your business efficiency and reduce the need for disaster recovery or downtime.
On site consultancy:
We offer on-site service where face to face interaction is preferred. This includes but is not limited to new software installations, major system upgrades, customised programs and large scale changes to the systems and processes currently in use by your business. Crystal Report writing and custom programming:
All our products include a range of general reports to allow you to gain accurate information on the business. For more specific information, our Crystal Report design team can assist. Using the customers brief, we will prepare a sample report for each request. We can also provide trained systems staff to help you in assessing your requirements. Where the task requires more than reporting, a tailored solution will be provided on time and within your budget.
Training Room:
The quickest way to increase productivity is staff training. Held in our training rooms at convenient locations around Sydney, we regularly conduct training courses designed to get the best out of your staff and your systems. Choose from a range of standard courses, or ask us to design a course specifically for your needs.
